As a prominent site on the corner of two major roads leading to the city centre and North-East Liverpool it further highlights the need for development of this plot of land. Our scheme will look to restore the historic urban fabric of the area as a marker of regeneration.
The proposed development is a 5/6 storey residential scheme, with commercial use providing animation at ground floor level. The building steps down to three storeys along Kirkdale road, acknowledging the existing local scale. The carpark with 22 car spaces is situated on the ground floor and the mezzanine floor level, accessible from Mark street, providing a quiet and conflict free access. First to sixth floors will consist of a mix of 1 bed and 2 bed residential apartments at a total of 52 units.
